levels) in their personal, family, and professional lives, working
together through the local church.

......you are doing a great work there and it is important that the coaches there understand what a
significant work they are doing, too.  It is only natural for some of the coaches to think that because they
are coaching at levels lower than the NBA, NFL or MLB or D-1 NCAA sports of any type that they are not
succeeding like those who are in those positions.  That is no even close to the truth.  Bigger is not better.  
It is simply a bit different.  What is important is giving honor in your life to God in your endeavors, whatever
the level or venue.  And the first levels are at home and in the workplace separate from the field of play.  
Then the coaching will follow suit.  The effect that they are having on young lives will not be as evident to
them right now.  But after they have been in coaching several years, they will get a perspective from the
feedback they get from their athletes who have been out in life.  At that point they will realize the
significance of what they are doing now and know it was a life well spent when done correctly, regardless
of the level.
